Withdrawals can only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used to make a deposit on the account. dk333 does not allow withdrawals to third-party accounts or to payment methods not linked to the registered account holder. If you have active or unsettled bets at the time of a withdrawal request, the portion of your balance covering those bets will remain locked until settlement. The remainder of your available balance can be withdrawn normally.
If you believe a deposit has not been credited to your dk333 account, or a withdrawal has not been received, contact support@dk333.life with the transaction reference number, amount, time, and payment method. Disputes must be raised within 7 days of the transaction date.
All sports bets placed on dk333 — including PSL betting, cricket, football, kabaddi, and all other sports — are subject to the following rules in addition to any sport-specific rules published on the platform.
A bet is considered accepted and binding only when dk333's system generates a confirmation with a unique bet reference number. Bets that are submitted but not confirmed — due to connectivity issues, odds changes, or system errors — are not valid. The minimum bet on any single selection is Rs 100.
dk333 reserves the right to update odds at any time before a bet is confirmed. If odds change between submission and confirmation, the system may reject the bet or display the updated odds for acceptance. Confirmed bets are settled at the odds displayed at the time of acceptance.
If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed to a date more than 48 hours from the original scheduled start, or cancelled, all pre-match bets on that event are voided and stakes refunded. Live in-play bets are settled on the state of play at the time of abandonment unless the event is resumed and completed.
dk333 reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted due to a manifest error in odds — including but not limited to incorrect prices caused by technical failures, data feed errors, or human input mistakes. Manifest errors are defined as odds that were clearly not the intended market price. In such cases, stakes will be refunded to the player's dk333 wallet.
Maximum single-bet payout on dk333 is Rs 5,000,000 (Rs 50 lakh) per event, regardless of stake. Maximum accumulator payout is Rs 10,000,000 (Rs 1 crore). Bets that would produce returns exceeding these limits will be accepted only up to the applicable limit.
All casino products on dk333 — including Slots, Teen Patti, Aviator, and Ludo Games — operate on certified random number generation (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are independent of previous results and cannot be influenced or predicted by any player or by dk333 staff.
In the event of a technical malfunction that interrupts a game session before completion — including disconnections, server errors, or power failures — dk333 will make a reasonable effort to restore the session. If restoration is not possible, the stake for that round will be refunded. dk333 is not liable for any consequential losses arising from technical interruptions.
dk333 Ludo follows standard Ludo rules. In Private Room games, the room creator's settings govern the game parameters. If a Ludo match is disconnected and cannot be resumed within the platform's reconnection window, the match may be ruled a draw with stakes refunded, at dk333's discretion.
Aviator is a multiplier game. The round ends when the plane flies away. A player's bet is lost if they do not cash out before the round ends. The multiplier at which a round ends is determined by a provably fair algorithm and cannot be predicted in advance. Outcomes in Aviator are entirely independent of previous rounds.
dk333 offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the general bonus rules below.
Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms, all bonuses carry a minimum wagering requirement of 10x (ten times) the bonus amount before any withdrawal can be made from bonus-derived winnings. Wagering contributions vary by product: sports bets contribute 100% toward the wagering requirement; Ludo Games contribute 100%; Slots contribute 100%; Teen Patti contributes 50%; Aviator contributes 75%.
Players may only participate in one bonus promotion at a time on dk333. Attempting to claim multiple concurrent bonuses, or using different accounts to stack promotions, is prohibited and will result in all bonus amounts being forfeited.
All bonuses issued on dk333 expire 30 days from the date of crediting unless the specific promotion states a shorter validity period. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically.

dk333 monitors all account activity using automated systems and manual review. Accounts identified as engaged in prohibited conduct will be suspended pending investigation. Where fraud or illegal activity is confirmed, dk333 reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies.
dk333 may suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion in the following circumstances:
An account on dk333 is considered dormant if no login, deposit, bet, or game activity has occurred in the preceding 12 months. dk333 will notify dormant account holders by the registered email or mobile number before applying a monthly dormancy fee of Rs 200 — which is deducted from the remaining account balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. Dormant accounts with a zero balance may be closed.
To close your dk333 account voluntarily, contact support@dk333.life. Any remaining balance will be paid out to your registered payment method after standard verification, provided no outstanding wagering requirements apply to bonus funds in the account.
